PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR AND TECHNICAL AUTHORS FOR THE PREPARATION OF LIFECYCLE BASELINE AND NEAR TERM WORK PLANS DOCUMENT

Description:
The NDA has requested that its Tier 1 Contractor’s produce plans defining the Lifecycle Baseline and Near Term Work Plans for their Sites. These documents have to describe the totality of the activities in terms of scope, schedule and cost to be undertaken in the facilities on the Site including all activities associated with decommissioning and land remediation projects, waste management operations and site infrastructure improvements. They must provide a robust and justifiable rationale for the basis of the activities and costs required to deliver the site restoration plan.

SCOPE OF SERVICE SUPPLIED

• Provide technical authors for the preparation of both LCBL and NTWP documents for a selection of the operational and facilities being decommissioned on the Harwell site. This includes the preparation of:

  • Scope and Scope Detail
  • Assumptions
  • Exclusions
  • Deliverables
  • Metrics
  • Risks

 

• Co-ordinating the production of the Solid Waste and Nuclear Materials Management Detailed Volume on behalf of the Responsible Manager
• Harwell LCBL and NTWP Lead Author, co-ordinating scope compliance and providing site wide support to UKAEA on a broad range of issues relating to Scope and its database.
