Description:
Nuclear Technologies are currently supporting AWE in the development of the AWE Integrated Management System.

Scope of service supplied

• Development of more than twenty standards, including Quality, Health and Security. These Standards interpret AWE Policy and define the minimum requirements providing a framework for producing appropriate procedures, guidance and processes as appropriate.

• Support in the development of a Manage Change process, including production of Process Maps and Process Definitions. The process included appropriate approval stages, assessment of risks and involvement of stakeholders dependant on the impact to AWE.

• Support to the AWE Project Team for advice and input into the upgrade of the AWE Policies documentation and communication strategies.

• Support in the development of processes required to manage and maintain the Integrated Management System.

• Support in the development of a process, and assessment protocols, which will allow the assessment of documents that support AWE Standards.
