DIRECTORS

	Dave Holman Managing Director and Commercial Director Dave obtained a Chemistry degree in 1975. His key skills include Sales Management and Business Development. Dave joined Nuclear Technologies in 2002 following previous employment as Head of Sales in the Nuclear Engineering unit at AEAT Winfrith (3 years) + he has 25 years other nuclear experience with both AEAT and UKAEA.
	Kevin Varley Director- Projects and Finance Kevin graduated in Engineering and obtained a second degree in Business in 1993 both at Southamption. He joined Nuclear Technologies in 2003 following previous employment with UKAEA and AEA Technology for 16 years where he developed decommissioning and project management skills becoming a recognised UK expert in actinide facility decommissioning.
	Dr Karen Hildred Operations Director Karen qualified in Chemical Engineering at UMIST is 1996. She is a recognised expert on liquid effluent treatment processes, specializing in filtration technologies. Joined Nuclear Technologies in 2001 following previous employment as Filtration Technical Specialist - BNFL Sellafield (4 years).
	Russell Bowden Projects Director Russell qualified in Physics at the University of Manchester in 1990. He is a recognised expert on nuclear and radiological safety, specialising in criticality safety engineering and assessment. Joined Nuclear Technologies in 2001 following previous employment as Site Nuclear Safety Officer - BNFL Sellafield (11 years).
	Bridget Juckes Company Secretary Bridget obtained her Law degree from Cambridge University in 1982, qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 and has since specialised in company/commercial law. She was appointed Company Secretary with Nuclear Technologies in 1999.
